- The period of the Campaign is from Hong Kong Time 23 April 2026 (06:00 a.m.) to 21 June 2026 (04:55 a.m.) (“Campaign Period”).
- This campaign applies to all existing clients of Rakuten Securities Bullion who successfully registered the Campaign (“Eligible Client”) through designated Campaign page from 23 April 2026 to 22 May 2026 (both dates inclusive).
- There is one-entry per Eligible Client for this Campaign. Eligible Client can only participate the campaign with one account (“Eligible Account”). Eligible Client who wants to change their eligible account for the Campaign may resubmit their registration through the designated Campaign page, however, please note that only the trading record of the latest registered Eligible Account will be used to determine the amount of trading rewards.
- The trading period is within 30 calendar days after the date of registration (“Trading Period”) of the Eligible Account.
- Eligible Client who deposits a minimum of HK$ 1,000,000 or US$ 130,000 within 30 calendar days after the date of registration to the Eligible Account and maintain a net deposit of at least the above amount (net deposit = total deposit – total withdrawal, excluding the changes in account equity due to trading) for 30 consecutive calendar days upon the date of deposit can be upgraded to VIP for 6 months ("Deposit Reward"). Tier adjustment will be completed within six (6) working days of the next calendar month after the end of the 30- calendar day maintenance period, and the client will be notified via email.
- Eligible Client with no silver trading in any of their accounts since account opening and opens 1 lot or more of Silver within 30 calendar days after the date of registration shall be eligible to receive HK$300 Donki coupon. (“Debut Reward”)
- Eligible Client who opens certain lots of Silver (open only) during the Trading Period shall be eligible to receive the rewards listed below (“Trading Reward”):

- The eligibility of Deposit Reward, Debut Reward and Trading Reward are separated.
- The reward(s) received by clients is subjected to the deposit and trading records of Rakuten Securities Bullion.
- Rakuten Securities Bullion will contact the eligible clients who are entitled to the rewards, and the eligible clients should collect the reward in person on or before 30 September 2026 at Rakuten Securities Bullion
- Unless otherwise agreed, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other campaign, programme or promotional offer during the Campaign Period, including but not limited to Rakuten Securities Bullion Welcome Offer February 2026, Rakuten Securities Bullion Welcome Offer April 2026, Rakuten Securities Bullion Welcome Offer May 2026 and Rakuten Securities Bullion Sakura Season Offer Campaign March 2026.
- If the account is closed before receiving the reward or there is late collection, is the rewards shall be deemed forfeited.
- The reward is not transferable to any third parties or cash under any circumstances.
- Rakuten Securities Bullion reserves the right to offer any alternative gift of equivalent in the same category if the gifts are not available or if there is any issue arisen without prior notice.
- This Campaign and the relevant offers are subject to the Terms and Conditions of relevant services.
- Rakuten Securities Bullion accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the products and services provided by the supplier(s).
- Rakuten Securities Bullion has no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late and damaged forms or unavailable network connections, or delayed electronic transmission which may limit an Eligible Client’s ability to participate in this Campaign.

- In the event of dispute arising out of this Campaign, the decision of Rakuten Securities Bullion shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
- The Terms and Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- The Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
